Folduna is an independent web studio. Questions about this website or your personal information can be sent through our enquiry form. Please mention “Privacy” in your message.

What we receive and why

The form collects your name, email, business details and any message you choose to share. We use this to manage your enquiry and prepare a potential proposal. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where enquiries are stored

Enquiries are stored in a private database on the website’s server. Access to the inbox requires authentication. Enquiries are not displayed publicly or sent to third-party form services.

Connection and security

This website uses HTTPS and Cloudflare to distribute traffic and protect the connection. The server and Cloudflare may process technical data, including IP addresses, for security and operation. The application’s spam controls use temporary identifiers derived from the IP address.

Website statistics

Our server counts page loads and form steps to help us improve the website. We keep aggregate counters by day, language and source category for up to 90 days. These statistics do not store IP addresses, referring URLs or field contents. A random identifier for each page load prevents repeated steps from being counted twice; its temporary technical receipts are cleaned up regularly. It is not used to follow you across websites or visits. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Backup copies may retain older data until rotation.

Cookies and language preference

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. On the homepage, your browser language helps us choose Spanish or English. If you choose a language, we remember it in your browser’s local storage. The private area uses an essential session cookie. Its notes are saved automatically on the server; pending edits may be kept temporarily in the current tab to recover from a connection failure, and are removed from that tab once saved or after signing out.

Retention and your requests

We handle enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up on the project. You can request access, correction or deletion through our form, including the email address you originally used. You can also withdraw consent to further communication.
